This picturesque building was built in 1931 and was the original home of the Whittier Woman's Club. The ballroom, located on the second floor has been recently renovated and restored to its original elegance; it boasts beautiful hardwood floors, wrought iron chandeliers, a built in bar, several large windows and its own disco ball. This room offers a natural old world charm and romance making it a perfect place for wedding receptions and anniversary parties. The ballroom has been used for other special events such as birthday parties, holiday parties, reunions and more.

Capacity:	250 guests for dining & dancing
Cost:	$1000.00 for a six hour party
Deposit:	$400.00 required to reserve
Staff:	A minimum of two ARC Staff must be on the premises during the length of your party at a cost of $25.00 per staff, per hour.
Damage Deposit:	$300.00 refundable damage deposit is required 30 prior to event.
